ACCREDITATION![]() International College of Leadership( ICL) is accredited by Phoenix University of Theology through the International Accrediting Commission for Theological Schools (IACTS). ICL instructors are certified to teach by the University. All ICL curriculum is certified for credit by the Accrediting Association for Theological Studies Curriculum Certification Commission and may be considered for inclusion in degree programs offered through the University's unique and trademarked Ministry Advancement Portfolio-Process Assessment and Certification Program (MAP-PAC). ICL is not a degree granting institution. ICL is a certified testing center for all available Test 4 Credit (T4C) exams through the University's Test4Credit program. The T4C program offers students the opportunity to earn credit through examination on various subjects relating to theology, ministry, the Bible and the Christian faith. To be accepted into a degree program you must have completed a degree at the preceding level from a school recognized by the University and complete an online Ministry Advancement Portfolio (MAP). The Ministry Advancement Portfolio is a collection of materials and narratives prepared by students to describe their ministry experience and document prior learning. The MAP stresses learning outcomes rather than attendance or participation in events. The MAP is prepared under the direction of the University’s professional staff and is evaluated for the award of credits and degree program inclusion. The MAP-PAC program allows ICL students the most flexible, affordable and accelerated degree programs available in the fields of ministry and theology. Each degree program caries Process Assessment and Certification fees in lieu of tuition that are a fraction of comparable degree program cost. PAC fees are in addition to any cost incurred through ICL training. For those desiring to apply credits towards a degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate) you can do so through Phoenix University of Theology.
